This wonderfully soft tri blended shirt was designed for the race management team for the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach. This shirt was made in the 80s, after the Grand Prix was changed from a Formula One event into a CART IndyCar race. Founded in 1975, the Long Beach Grand Prix remains the longest running major street race in the country, and Toyota served as the title sponsor for the majority of the event's history.

The front of this tee features the logo of another sponsor, Stroh's Beer. Stroh's became involved with several open wheel racing events in the 80s, including other IndyCar and Formula One races like the Dallas Grand Prix and the Monterey Grand Prix.
