This cool t-shirt celebrates the first annual International World of Wheels Festival at Abilene, Texas in 1979. The event was established in 1971, and has since become an international affair traveling between many different cities nationwide. World of Wheels is the largest, longest running indoor custom autoshow in the Southeast. The event was sponsored by Bill Moeler, Pacific Promotional Products, the Abilene Street Rods, and the ISCA. The International Show Car Association (ISCA) are the judges for the many competitions that are held during the event. The occasion draws in hundreds of custom cars, motorcycles, muscle cars, hot rods, and plenty of other types of vehicles.
