This awesome rainbow tie-dyed t-shirt is for the Allman Brothers for their 1992 Eat a Peach for Peace Tour. The Allman Brothers Band was originally formed in 1969 in Jacksonville, Florida and named for brothers Duane and Gregg Allman. The group disbanded in 1976 before reforming and then disbanding again in 1982. The Eat a Peach tour came during the group's second reunion around the time of the release of their tenth studio album Shade of Two Worlds which included the crowd favorite song "Nobody Knows".
Eat a Peach was actually the name of the band's third album released in 1972. A year before the album's release, group leader and founder Duane Allman was killed in a motorcycle accident and the album was dedicated to his memory. The album was a mix of studio recordings both with and without Duane. It included the singles "Ain't Wastin' Time No More", "Blue Sky", and "One Way Out.". The title Eat a Peach for Peace comes from a direct quote from Duane Allman.
