This double-sided concert t-shirt celebrates the 1993-1994 World Tour of country music artist Garth Brooks. The tour saw Brooks travel across ten countries in just two years, and it was to promote his 1993 album In Pieces. The tour included a variety of special effects and fire pyrotechnics, which wasn't typical of most country music concerts. An encore performance of his song "Ain't Goin' Down (Til the Sun Comes Up)" even had Brooks flying around the venue on a modified trapeze. This would later become of staple of his live performances.

In Pieces was Brooks' fifth studio album and it debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Some notable tracks off the album included "American Honky-Tonk Bar Association", "Standing Outside the Fire", "Callin' Baton Rouge", and "The Red Strokes".
