This unique vintage tee commemorates the grunge rock band Mudhoney and their album Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge. Mudhoney was formed in Seattle, Washington, which is often considered the birthplace of grunge, and their long career has influenced countless fellow alt rock musicians over the years. Founding members Mark Arm and Steve Turner had played together in the band Green River until its dissolution in the 80s. The two then joined forces with Matt Lukin and Dan Peters, and Mudhoney was born.

Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge was Mudhoney's second studio album with the Sub Pop record label which has been credited with bringing the Seattle grunge scene into the mainstream. Some songs from the album include "Good Enough" and "Let it Slide." The album was relatively well received by critics and was called "charming" and "one of the best of the genre" by some reviewers. Mudhoney's guitarist Steve Turner cites it as his favorite album the band has ever put out.
