This bright yellow t-shirt features double-sided puffy paint graphics promoting the 1988 action film Hero and the Terror starring martial arts superstar and beloved meme celebrity Chuck Norris. The back of the shirt has a logo for Video Kingdom, which was likely a local movie rental oe video store where the movie was available for purchase. Hero and the Terror was distributed by Cannon Films and it saw Norris portraying a cop on the hunt for a serial killer nicknamed "The Terror". Although the movie was a flop, garnering mostly negative reviews, it was the first time that Chuck Norris attempted to diversify his portfolio. Roger Ebert did acknowledge the actor's efforts in the Chicago Sun-Times saying that "Norris is a gentle and intelligent man, and maybe he grew tired of kicking people in the face in the movies".
