This sweet sleeveless tee remembers ZZ Top's 1987 album Afterburner. This was the band's ninth studio album and it included hit singles like, "Sleeping Bag," "Stages," and "Velcro Fly." The album had big shoes to fill, following on the heel's of ZZ Top's most successful release, Eliminator. Afterburner proved to be outstanding in its own right, becoming the first ZZ Top album to hit number one when it topped the charts in New Zealand. The album also peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 in the US.

For most of the band's existence, ZZ Top consisted of frontman Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard, and bassist Dusty Hill. The band was known for their engaging live performances and the matching looks of Gibbons and Hill, who wore sunglasses, brimmed hats, and chest-length beards. During the 80s, Gibbons began to guide the band away from their traditional blues rock and toward a more mainstream, pop sound. Afterburner was heavily inspired by new wave music, which paid off for the band when the Afterburner tour became the highest-grossing concert tour of 1986.

Fits like a modern unisex adult large. Spot on back left shoulder and some repairs on back, see pics.
