This amazing vintage heavy metal tee was made to commemorate Iron Maiden's 1991 No Prayer on the Road Tour, and it features an incredible full color image of the band's iconic mascot Eddie the Head. The skeletal Eddie was first designed in 1980 by Derek Riggs for the band's first single "Running Free" and has since become a beloved staple of the band's merchandise.

No Prayer on the Road was launched in the fall of 1990, to promote the band's eighth studio album No Prayer for the Dying. This tour was notably different than the elaborate stage shows that Iron Maiden had come to be known for in the 1980s. This was the beginning of the band's venture to scale back their over-the-top production and go back to their club-gig roots. Openers on the tour included Wolfsbane, Anthrax, The Almighty, and King's X.

Their stage shows weren't the only thing that changed around this time. No Prayer for the Dying, saw the group straying away from the synthesizer heavy sounds of their 80s releases and back towards the stripped down straightforward rock of their earlier days. One of the most notable tracks featured on the album was "Bring Your Daughter...to the Slaughter", which was originally recorded by lead singer Bruce Dickinson for the soundtrack to A Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child. This version of the song wound up winning a Golden Raspberry for "Worst Original Song" while the Iron Maiden recording of it actually peaked at the number one spot on the UK singles chart.
