This sweet vintage concert tee is for Rick Springfield for his 1982 Tour which promoted his album Success Hasn't Spoiled Me Yet. This was Springfield's fifth studio album. It was released by RCA Records and included three top 40 singles. They were "Don't Talk to Strangers", "What Kind of Fool Am I" and "I Get Excited". The album followed the success of his previous release, Working Class Dog, and made it into the U.S. Top 10.

Springfield is best remembered for his number one hit "Jessie's Girl" which helped him to win the Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance. He also had a successful acting career beginning with a one off appearance in an episode of The Six Million Dollar Man. Following his 1982 Tour, Springfield starred in his own musical drama film titled Hard to Hold. Springfield recorded the majority of the accompanying soundtrack which included the top ten hit "Love Somebody".
