This awesome raglan concert shirt is for the heavy metal band Twisted Sister and the shirt commemorates a 1984 tour promoting their album Stay Hungry. The album, which went multi-platinum in the US selling more than 3,000,000 copies, contained two of the band's most iconic songs "We're Not Gonna Take It" and "I Wanna Rock". The album also featured a segment called "Horror-Teria" which consisted of two segments "Captain Howdy" and "Street Justice". These songs later became the basis for a horror film written by lead singer Dee Snider, in which Snider himself portrayed Captain Howdy.

This was the height of Twisted Sister's commercial popularity, although the band had been around as early as 1972. When the band was first formed they were called Silver Star and they were created with the intention of becoming the "New Jersey version of the New York Dolls". They went through several lineup changes and played the club scene until they landed a record deal, first with Secret Records and then, thanks to an appearance on the show The Tube, with Atlantic. By this point in time they had established what was considered the official Twisted Sister lineup of Dee Snider, Jay Jay French, Eddie Ojeda, Mark Mendoza, and AJ Pero.
