This awesome concert tee is for the band Kansas from their 1979 tour promoting their album, Monolith. This was the progressive rock band's sixth studio album and it was the first album produced by the band themselves. The album managed to make it to the top ten of the Billboard album chart, despite receiving poor reviews and lacking a high impact hit single. When the promotional tour started the set list included the entire album, but by the time it ended about half of the songs had been cut in favor of older songs. Kansas actually believed fans didn't like the album and they didn't end up performing any Monolith songs live again until the mid-90s.

One of the singles off the album was "People of the South Wind", which managed to make it to the Top 40. The title of the song was a reference to the meaning of the Kaw Nation Native American tribe. The Kaw Nation are the tribe for which the state of Kansas is named.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is a small bleach spot on the sleeve and spots on the back, see pics.
