This incredible shirt dates all the way back to the 1950s and it has so much life left. It was made by Champion and features the brand's iconic running man tag. The shirt features a faded graphic on the front that reads, "Newington Jr. Leader Parks & Recreation Dept." This is most likely in reference to Newington, Connecticut, a town in the Hartford Metropolitan area.

The brand Champion was founded over 100 years ago in Rochester, New York. It was originally called the Knickerbocker Knitting Company and it changed it's name to Champion in the 1930s. The Running Man logo was used throughout the 40s and 50s and it serves as a marker for some of Champion's earliest garments.

Tag says small but fits like a modern unisex adult extra small. Tag is Champion running man. Graphic is faded, see pics.
