This rare concert tee marks a sold out Rolling Stones show at the Houston Astrodome around 1981. It's truly stood the test of time and has a ton of life left. Features 2 sided print, wild eye-catching graphics, and a classic raglan jersey style.

Considering the 1981 copyright, this tour tee was probably from Rolling Stone's 1981 American Tour, best remembered for its epic stage designs by Kazuhide Yamazaki showcasing gigantic images of a guitar, car, and record. Later shows used a cherry picker that would release hundred of balloons at the show's end. A very memorable feat of the tour was the appearance of Prince as an opening act. The musical legend was unknown at the time and actually ended up getting booed offstage. This sold out show in Houston, Texas featured ZZ Top and The Fabulous Thunderbirds.

The Rolling Stones started out in London circa 1962 and drew a lot of inspiration from the sounds of blues music. Mix that with the vibes of classic rock and you get the unique masterpieces of "The World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band". They were particularly fond of Muddy Waters, which is where they got their band name- from a Muddy Waters song.

Like many great bands, the Stones' roster saw a number of changes over the years. Its original members were Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and Ian Stewart. Pete Townshend of another amazing band, The Who, had the pleasure of inducting his fellow rockers into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. Double sided print. Raglan quarter sleeves. Copyright 1981.
