This awesome vintage Foghat shirt features the band logo in rainbow font to give it a cool holographic appearance that's perfect for a 70s rock tee.

The band was formed in England during the early 70s by members Dave Peverett, Tony Stevens, and Roger Earl who had just left the band Savory Brown. They recruited Rod Price to play guitar and thus Foghat was formed, although their lineup would change numerous times over the years. In 1972 the band moved to the United States and released their debut self-titled album, after signing with Bearsville Records. The album included one of their most popular singles, a cover of the Willie Dixon song "I Just Want to Make Love to You".

The tag says Small bu this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Small. The shirt is distressed with holes, see pics.

This item is from the estate of Craig MacGregor, the bassist for the band Foghat in the 1970s, 80s, and again in the 2000’s.  The item was owned by Craig, a collector of t-shirts, and stored for some time in a basement before it came into our possession.  As a result there may be some lingering basement odor. All items are authentic pieces of rock and roll history and in many cases are one-of-a-kind.  Further authentication and chain-of-custody can be provided upon request.
