This off white vintage t-shirt is for the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) Recreation Center in Blackwood, New Jersey. CYO was an organization formed during the Great Depression to help working class people avoid criminal activities.  The organization was created by bishop Bernard J. Sheil in Chicago and it was first conceptualized as an athletic association designed to focus on young males. It was similar to the YMCA but chose to incorporate Catholic social teachings and New Deal ideology. It was an after school program that became progressively inclusive of all races, religions and genders unlike other similar organizations.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is a light spot and small hole on the back, see pics.
