This v-neck ringer was made by the famous German athletic wear company Adidas, which was founded by Adi Dassler in the 1920s. Since its conception, Adidas has grown into one of the largest sportswear manufacturers in the world, second only to Nike. This shirt showcases the brand's famous trefoil logo, as well as their three stripes design, which has been a signature of the company for many decades. Dassler purchased the rights to the three stripes branding back in 1952 for around the equivalent of 1600 euros and two bottles of whiskey.

During the 80s, when this shirt was made, Adidas was a popular brand amongst hip hop fashion. Golden age hip hop artists like Run D.M.C. proudly sported the brand, and the rap group even scored a sponsorship deal with the company.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
