This awesome shirt pays homage to the professional football team, the Raiders, during their time based in Los Angeles, California. The Raiders were first founded in 1960 and, since then, they've bounced around from Oakland, to LA, back to Oakland, and most recently, to Las Vegas. The Raiders have three Super Bowl titles under their belt and on, their 1983 title, is attributed to the Los Angeles team.
The Raiders are known for their widespread fan base, which may have something to do with how often the team moved around. They have a longstanding rivalry with the Denver Bronco that dates back to a 14-game winning streak, in favor of the Raiders, that ran from 1965-1971. Former Raiders include Mike Haynes, Gene Upshaw, Howie Long, Marcus Allen, Ray Guy, and John Madden who served as Head Coach from 1969-1978.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. Shirt is faded, see pics.
