This vintage anti-drug tee includes the phrase "Push a pusher". The slogan was used in a campaign to help remove drugs from family neighborhoods. Slogans like this were used across the country to demonstrate that drug dealers would not be tolerated within communities. The Push Out the Pusher campaign in Bucks County, Pennsylvania continues to be one of the most prominent campaigns of this type. The program encourages individuals to anonymously report drug dealers to the authorities in order to prevent the spread of addictive drugs such as heroin.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult Medium. There is a repair on the sleeve, see pics.
