This vintage sweatshirt is for a concert tour for the English singer-songwriter, Steve Winwood. The sweatshirt is from a 1988 Tour and it features a graphic on the sleeve for the Poplar Creek Music Theater in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
During the 60s and 70s Winwood participated in several musical acts, most notably the Spencer Davis Group, Traffic, and Blind Faith. He began his solo career in the 80s and in 1988 he released his fifth studio album Roll With It. The title track off the album managed to reach the top of the Billboard 200, and it led to the subsequent singles "Don't You Know What the Night Can Do?" and "Holding On". "Don't You Know What the Night Can Do?" was actually written by Winwood to appear in an ad campaign for Michelob beer, and the ad began running on television in the US the same day that the album was released.
The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There are light spots in the white area of the shirt, see pics.
