This sweet double-sided band t-shirt is for the group, The Vultures. The front of this tee features the cover of the group's six song long vinyl EP, which was titled The First Thing. The band released the EP in 1989, four years after they were first formed. The Vultures was born out of Allentown, Pennsylvania and they spent much of the late 80s and early 90s working hard to make a name for themselves among the Lehigh Valley.

They were a popular act among the bars surrounding the Lehigh University Campus in Bethlehem, but by 1990 the Vultures were also starting to venture out to more prestigious venues including famous New York clubs like Kenny's Castaways and the legendary CBGB's. They were the winners of the Lehigh Valley radio station, WZZO's battle of the bands competition held at the Allentown Fair, although a few years after this victory the group disbanded. The Vultures were a beloved local band of the Eastern Pennsylvania suburbs, whose music was for anyone who could appreciate some alternative rock with a little bit of a rockabilly influence.
