This vintage double-sided tee showcases the English singer-songwriter, Morrissey, best known for his tenure as the frontman of the rock band The Smiths. This shirt features an interview with the singer on the front, and it's from 1991 when he was still in the early stages of his solo career. 1991 was the year that Morrissey released his second solo studio album called Kill Uncle, and most of the music featured on the album was written by Mark E. Nevin, of the folk rock band Fairground Attraction.

To promote the album, Morrissey embarked on his Kill Uncle Tour which started in Europe. There he was supported by the singer Phranc as his opening act, and every performance in Europe saw Morrissey decorating the stage with a large image of poet Edith Sitwell. Meanwhile during the American leg of the tour, the singer managed to sell out Los Angeles' The Forum and all of its 18,000 available seats faster than superstars like Madonna and Michael Jackson had. In fact, Morrissey sold out all but one of his American tour dates.
