This red vintage t-shirt is for the city of New Bern in North Carolina and it features a shield patterned with the city's flag which depicts a bear. This flag is almost identical to the coat of arms of the Swiss city of Bern. The shirt lists several facts about the city including that it was the colonial capital, it is the home of Tyrone Palace, and it is the sister city of Bern Switzerland, hence why the two cities share both a name and coat of arms.
