This awesome vintage band tee from the 90s features The Black Crowes, from their 1993 "High as the Moon" tour. The hard rock jam band formed in '84 in Atlanta, Georgia, with members Chris and Rich Robinson, Johnny Colt, Jeff Cease, and Steve Gorman.
The band released their second album, The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion, a year prior to the 1993 tour. The album cemented their prominence on the 90s rock charts, debuting at number 1 on the Billboard 200. It included hits singles like, "Remedy", "Sting Me", and "Hotel Illness." This tour saw the introduction of the band's keyboardist, Eddie Harsch.
The front of this tee shows a graphic for the tour, depicting two punk crows smoking, with X's over their eyes and stars above their heads, a nod to the title, "High as the Moon." The backside has a psychedelic graphic featuring the cities The Black Crowes performed at.
