This sweet football t-shirt shows off Bucky Badger of the University of Wisconsin football team, the Badgers. The team was named the Badgers because the lead miners of Wisconsin supposedly lived like badgers, in tunnels underground to stay warm in the cold months of winter. After trying to use a real live badger to be their mascot and failing due to his ferocity, they retired him to the Henry Vilas Zoo, and dressed up a live raccoon named Regdab instead.
