This vintage tee pays homage to the Rolling Stones circa 1983, the same year their live concert film Let's Spend the Night Together was released. The movie documented the band's 1981 American Tour that promoted the album Tattoo You, wildly famous for tracks like "Start Me Up", "Hang Fire", and "Waiting on a Friend".

The '81 tour spotlighted in this '83 film included a colorful set created by Japanese designer Kazuhide Yamazaki and showcased enormous images of a guitar, car, and record. Later shows used a cherry picker that would release hundred of balloons at the show's end. A very memorable feat of the tour was the legendary Prince as their opening act. He was barely known at the time and actually ended up getting booed off the stage.

The Rolling Stones started out in London circa 1962 and drew a lot of inspiration from the sounds of blues music. Mix that with the vibes of classic rock and you get the unique masterpieces of "The World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band". They were particularly fond of Muddy Waters, which is where they got their band name- from a Muddy Waters song.

Like most bands, their roster changed over the years but the original members were Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and Ian Stewart. Pete Townshend of another amazing band, The Who, had a pleasure of inducting his fellow rockers into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. Small paint stains on the graphic and a repair on the side, see pics.
