This vintage sweatshirt dates all the way back to the 1950s, and has held up incredibly well over the decades. The sweatshirt bears the name Lutheran West above a fearsome graphic of a big cat, and it's very likely that this shirt is a keepsake from Lutheran High School West in Detroit, Michigan, which used to be the home of the Leopards. Lutheran West closed some time in the 90s, but it was open for many decades before that, and alumni remember it for the small, tight-knit religious high school that is was.

This sweatshirt was most likely used as a physical education uniform or used by one of the school's athletic teams. The cropped fit was perfect for the high waisted shorts and sweatpants worn around that time. This shirt also includes a space where a student could write their name, to show that the uniform belonged to them.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There are some light spots on the front and small holes on the back, see pics.
