Davis definitely reached his original goal as Garfield is the most syndicated comic strip in the world. His likeness has also appeared on a wide variety of merchandise, like this vintage sweatshirt, which commemorates a trip to Crestwood, Missouri. Crestwood is a town in St. Louis County that 's home to several beautiful public parks and recreation centers.
