This vintage t-shirt pays homage to one of the classic airlines from the early days of air travel, Pan Am. Short of Pan American World Airways, Pan Am was the premier way to travel internationally during the 20th century. In 1970, an astounding +11 million passengers flew with Pan Am to over 80 countries and every continent, excluding Antarctica. The company was known for its accommodating service, pleasant staff, and outstanding amenities. Unfortunately, Pan Am couldn't survive the deregulation of airlines in 1978 and their competition overtook them. The end of Pan Am marked, for many, the end of the golden age of air travel, and the company is remembered fondly as a relic of a simpler, idyllic time in American culture.

Fits like a modern unisex adult extra small. Repair on the front and spot on the back, see pics.
