This shirt is from a Kinetic Sculpture Challenge hosted by KBCO and Coors Light in Boulder, Colorado in 1985. This event asks competitors to build  human-powered amphibious all-terrain works of art. It is also called the "Triathlon of the Art World" because art and engineering are combined with endurance for a race that includes sand, mud, pavement, rivers, and major hills. The back of the shirt says "Kinetic Critic".

Tag says large, but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium.

There are holes and runs on the back. See pics.
