This cool vintage shirt features portraits of Eleanor Powell, a talented signer and actress of both stage and screen. Powell was one of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's most celebrated dancers back during the Golden Age of Hollywood, and she was known particularly for her tap dancing skills.

Throughout the 30s and 40s, some of Powell's best performances were in movies like Born to Dance, Rosalie, and the Broadway Melody musical revue films. She also appeared on Broadway in various musicals, such as Fine and Dandy, At Home Abroad, and Follow Thru. Although she retired from Hollywood in the mid 40s, Powell is fondly remembered as one of the greatest female tap dancers of the 20th century.
