This vintage shirt features a sweet logo on the front for Scotty McKay that says "Scotty McKay Disco". McKay was a rockabilly musician that was born in Dallas, Texas in the late 30s. He released a number of records and singles over the years and was known for his energetic live performances.
McKay's professional career started back the 1950s, as a touring member of the Blues Cap, a backing band for the legendary rockabilly artist Gene Vincent. Although the performer's birth name was Max Karl Lipscomb, he chose to go by the stage name Scotty McKay after it was suggested to him by Dick Clark, a partial owner of Swan Records, who McKay tried to score a deal with early on in his career.
Fits like a modern unisex adult small.
