This double-sided tee promotes Vick's, an American over-the-counter medication company that's best known for their signature VapoRub ointment. While the company is most commonly known as Vick's, this shirt features a version of the brand's British logo, in which the possessive 's is absent. It also features an old tagline that says, "love it or leave it".

Vick's dates back to the late 1800s, when it was named after Dr. Joshua Vick. However, it was Vick's brother-in-law, Lunsford Richardson, who first marketed the products. Richardson was a pharmacist who chose not to market the brand under his own last name for one simple reason: his was too long to comfortably fit on the side of the jar.
