This sweet vintage radio tee is for ROR FM, also known as WROR 98.5. The station was based out of Boston, Massachusetts in the 70s, and the back of this shirt features a unique superhero themed graphic for another Massachusetts based business, A-Copy America. The back graphic shows off Captain A-Copy and his friend Re-Sponse, a humorous duo used to advertise A-Copy. A-Copy America was founded by Herb Chambers, who later became the successful owner of The Herb Chambers Companies automotive dealerships. Chambers founded A-Copy America in 1965, and it eventually became the largest office equipment dealer in the area before it was sold in the 80s.
