This cool souvenir pocket tee is from O'Mahony's Irish Whip Bar found in Santa Monica, California. The bar was opened in the early 40s by the professional wrestler Danno O'Mahony, and it was named for his signature move "The Irish Whip". The move is also sometimes referred to as a hammer throw, and it entails grabbing an opponent by the arm, swinging them around, and releasing them into an obstacle such as the ring ropes. O"Mahony's proud Irish heritage and propensity for the move is actually what caused it to earn the title Irish Whip.

Mahony earned several World Heavyweight Championship titles over the years but as his career died down, he chose to retire in California where he opened his restaurant and bar. The bar became his main focus and he worked there until his death in 1950, although O'Mahony still wrestled locally for several years.

The tag says large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult medium
