This awesome tee is from a fundraising run for the Honolulu Symphony, called Opus 7. This run was held annually to raise funds for the symphony, starting in 1981. Opus 7 took place in 1988. Each year the tee would feature a different design, often highlighting one instrument. This year the run decided to feature a grand piano.

This is also a Crazy Shirt! Crazy Shirts is a Hawaii based t-shirt company, that gained popularity in the 60s and 70s for their beachy designs. The company also uses distinctive colors, the majority of which are made from natural dyes.

Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. There is slight discoloration on the front and a repair on the back of the left shoulder while wearing, see pics.
