This high crew neck vintage tee comes from the 1978 concert in Cincinnati headlined by Foghat and featuring their special guest, Cheap Trick, just a year after releasing their debut album. The show was sponsored by WEBN, Cincinnati's rock radio station.

Cheap Trick rose to the top of the charts rapidly after releasing the album, Cheap Trick at Budokan, recorded in Tokyo, where they found fame before the U.S.. They are also best known for songs, "I Want You to Want Me," and "The Flame."

Foghat and Cheap Trick's show at the Cincinnati Riverfront venue took place just a year before The Who concert tragedy, where eleven people died of asphyxiation trying to enter the stadium doors.

This shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small. It appears unworn but has a small repair on the front, see pics.

This item is from the estate of Craig MacGregor, the bassist for the band Foghat in the 1970s, 80s, and again in the 2000’s.  The item was owned by Craig, a collector of t-shirts, and stored for some time in a basement before it came into our possession.  As a result there may be some lingering basement odor. All items are authentic pieces of rock and roll history and in many cases are one-of-a-kind.  Further authentication and chain-of-custody can be provided upon request.
