This shirt notes the three-peat victory that the Bulls had earned during the first half of the decade.

Thanks to the leadership of coach Phil Jackson, and star players like Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, the Bulls won NBA titles in 1991, 1992, and 1993. Their 1996 victory would actually lead to a second three-peat, as the team would go on to win two more titles in 1997 and 1998.
