This bright blue shirt is in the style of a cycling jersey with a pullover style zipper at the neck, which enables a tight fit. The shirt is from the 1970s and features the Dutch words "Bij Maria en Den Eddy Berkenstrand" on the front, and "Weil's" on the back. Berkenstrand is a park in Belgium which is has cycling and hiking routes and camp grounds.
