This U.S. Navy vintage tee comes from the Runway Race in 1987 at the Naval Air Station Base in Atlanta, Georgia, an annual 5K/10k race. The base was desired by the U.S. government to establish a runway that was longer and wider than what existed before 1955. NAS Atlanta hosted training sessions of Marine Corps and Navy reservists, and is home to the Navy Lake Site, a recreational site within the base.
Tag says Large but this shirt fits like a modern unisex adult Medium. It has discoloration on the front, see pic.
