The Love Run was hosted by the Muscular Dystrophy Association and benefited research of MS. This shirt also has graphics on both sleeves. One indicates the Love Run took place on Labor Day in 1985, and the other mentions Younkers & KCCI-TV8, who probably sponsored the event.

The tag says Medium, but the shirt fits like a modern unisex adult small.  There is a spot on the back of the shirt, see pics.
