This vintage jersey dates all the way back to the 1950s, making it more than half a century old! This jersey has a zippered collar and the number 16 sewn onto the sleeve, while the front reads MVFD. These letters likely refer to a local fire department that the jersey was made to rep. There's a handful of fire departments across the US which use this acronym, including the Morningside Volunteer Fire Department in Maryland, the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department in Idaho, The Mendocino Volunteer Fire Department in California, and the Manchaca Volunteer Fire Department in Texas.

Fits like a modern unisex adult large. There's some bleed around the collar and sleeves, see pics.
