This awesome tee features a colorful graphic celebrating the beloved rap rock group, the Beastie Boys. This tee was made around the same time as the Beastie Boys' 1994 release, Ill Communication. The Beastie Boys were formed from a hardcore punk band called the Young Aborigines, and for most of their career they've been composed of Adam Yauch known as MCA, Mike Diamond known as Mike D and Adam Horovitz known as Ad-Rock. The trio stumbled into the mainstream with campus hits "(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party!)" and "No Sleep Till Brooklyn" on their debut album Licensed to Ill, which was  released in 1986.

By 1994 the three were still trying to establish themselves as more than a rowdy group of teens from New York City, when they released Ill Communication. The album was met with critical praise and included the singles "Sabotage", "Get It Together" and "Sure Shot". The reception of Ill Communication contributed greatly to the Beastie Boys being taken more seriously.

Fits like a modern unisex adult oversized large, and is double-sided. There are small holes and some spots to the left of the graphic and on the back of the shirt, see pics.
