This awesome vintage muscle tee is for the 80s new wave band Devo and the shirt features a back graphic that commemorates their fifth studio album titled Oh, No! It's Devo. At this point in their career, Devo had evolved into a full-fledge synth-pop act with the guitar laden sounds of their earlier music, pushed more to the back. Because of this most of the music on the album was created through electronic means. The album was produced by the prominent Roy Thomas Baker, who was well-known for his work with groups such as Queen and the Cars.

In order to promote the new album three music videos were made for the songs "Time Out for Fun", "Peek-a-Boo!", and "That's Good". The videos abandoned the group's narrative style which had been used in the past, and instead depicted the band performing in front of a blue screen while images relating to the songs were projected in the background. This new style was supposed to resemble their plans for the album's upcoming promotional tour, as they wanted fans that were unable to attend to get a taste for what they were missing out on.

Devo were first formed in Akron, Ohio back in 1973 and they were known for their eclectic blend of kitsch science fiction themes, deadpan humor, and satirical social commentary. Fueled by critics' reviews that called the band both fascists and clowns, the band's inspiration for Oh, No! It's Devo was to answer the question "what would an album made by fascist clowns sound like?"

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. There is some fading on the front and the sleeves are cut, see pics.
