This awesome vintage tee sports a massive graphic of one of the most notorious villains in the history of pop culture. The shirt showcases Darth Vader, the main antagonist of George Lucas' original trilogy of Star Wars movies. Darth Vader first appeared in Episode IV: A New Hope in 1977, where he was portrayed by both David Prowse and James Earl Jones. Prowse, who was professional bodybuilder, provided the physical body for the imposing character, while Jones gave Vader his deep, commanding voice.

Since their conception, the Star Wars movies have grown into one of the most expansive and successful science fiction franchises in the world, and Darth Vader certainly lives up to their legacy. The character's iconic helmet was designed by illustrator Ralph McQuarrie and then sculpted into reality by Brian Muir. After discussing the character with Lucas, McQuarrie drew inspiration from Japanese samurai armor, and he combined the unique shape of a samurai helmet with the sort of futuristic breathing apparatus you would expect to find in a fictional space suit. The result was one of the most recognizable costumes in cinema and very few changes were made from McQuarrie's drawings to the final design.

Fits like a modern unisex adult Extra Large. There is a paint spot on the graphic, see pics.
