This awesome tee celebrates the DC Comics hero Batman, and it feature a graphic of the Caped Crusader standing over Gotham City with the Gotham Public Works logo behind him. Gotham Public Works is a fictional organization whose logo appears in a variety of Batman media. This particular shirt is copyright 1992, which was the same year that Tim Burton's second live action Batman adaptation debuted. This movie once again featured Michael Keaton as the titular hero, and it also starred Danny DeVito and Michelle Pfieffer as the iconic villains The Penguin and Catwoman.

Batman Returns broke several box office records, and its haunting art direction had a lasting effect on Batman media, particularly the popular Batman Arkham video games. Both DeVito and Pfieffer's performances have since been recognized as legendary portrayals of their respective characters.
