This cool tie-dye tee is for blues rock icons Stevie Ray Vaughan and the Double Trouble. Made up of Vaughan and his backing band, Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon, the trio released In Step, their fourth studio album, in 1989. The title is in reference to the 12 step program because of Vaughan's recent journey with sobriety. This would also be the last album released by Vaughan, as he died in a helicopter crash leaving the last show of the In Step tour in Wisconsin in 1990. The album was well regarded by critics and won the 1989 Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Blues Album.

Stevie Ray Vaughan had a short mainstream career, only 7 years, but he is still regarded as one of the best guitarists of all time. Some of his most popular songs include "Pride and Joy" and "Crossfire." The work he produced during his short career continues to influence blues and rock artists today. Vaughan began playing music at the young age of 7 and he dropped out of high school to play professionally in Austin, Texas clubs. He found success shortly after playing guitar on David Bowie's 1983 Let's Dance album.
