This rad, promo tee features the logo for ProMark, World Class Drumsticks. ProMark was founded in the mid 20th century in Houston, Texas by percussionist Herb Brochstein. ProMark was the first company to succeed in marketing oak drumsticks in the U.S. The company eventually shifted away from oak as the species became threatened by extinction, and they began to focus on more "green" production methods. The brand was bought by D'Addario, a manufacturer of musical instruments, which still sells the sticks under the name ProMark. They have introduced new lines of sticks, including sticks with heat activated grips. D'Addario also sells a drumstick called ProMark Classic which revives the retro designs and features the logo seen on this t-shirt.
