This promo tee might have been custom made for a motorsport dealership called Downey. It's a 1970s original loaded with awesome graphics, double sided print, and amazing one hundred percent cotton. The imagery spotlights what appears to be an epic monster modified dune buggy, probably for off-roading, and it features the motto "Good Grief" on its massive tires.

The illustration pictured is actually very reminiscent of the works by artist Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, best known for his drawings of hots rods, motorcycles, and Rat Fink the anti-hero to Mickey Mouse. Roth is one of the first contributors of Kustom Kulture car enthusiasts.
