This classic run tee was made for the Lilac 10K sometime in the 1980s. It's truly stood the test of time, capturing that old school magic for years to come. Features double sided print, lovely cotton blend, and big eye-catching graphics.

The backside spotlights the iconic Adidas trefoil logo, indicating this race was probably sponsored by the sportswear giant. This prolific logo was established after the 1952 Olympics- purchased from a Finnish footwear company, Kahru Sports, and only costing two bottles of whiskey and 1600 euros. Adidas would continue to use this logo all the way up until 1998, after which it would be exclusively used on a line of clothing known as Adidas Originals.

The Lilac 10K and Manufacturers Hanover Corporate Challenge both took place in Rochester, New York throughout the eighties. The Lilac 10K was your standard run, while the Hanover Corporate Challenge was a relay race for teams consisting of men, women, and coed.

Fits like a modern unisex adult small. Double sided print. Adidas graphic is on the back, race graphic on the front.
