This awesome double-sided tee proudly reads "Team Adidas", and both the front and back showcase the sportswear company's famous trefoil logo. Adidas was created and named after Adi Dassler, a German cobbler who started the Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory with his brother Rudolph, in the 1920s. While Rudolph went on to create the competing brand Puma, Adi founded Adidas, which would eventually grow into one of the largest sportswear manufacturers in the world.
This shirt was made in the 80s, when Adidas brand clothes were a staple of hip hop fashion. The company's notoriety was boosted particularly by Run D.M.C., who struck an endorsement deal with the brand. This marked the first time that an athletic company chose to endorse a musical act.
Fits like a modern unisex adult medium. This shirt is short, please double check measurements.
